This bid project involved the 30,000 square foot build-out of an existing shell building to house Nanosonic and their high-tech development of revolutionary new molecular self-assembly processes. The beautiful new office, research, and industrial facility was built within Giles County’s new environmentally friendly Wheatland Eco-Park. This building was featured on the cover of Metal Construction News Annual Green Issue. H.S. Williams was also awarded 2nd place for 2009 project of the year for Sustainable Buildings Projects.
